Of all the things that I could do, I’ve ended up here back with you

I am what I’d call born-again, back in touch with you-who-never-ends

Your guiding light captivates my soul, and yes, Heaven is my ultimate goal

Where everyone has a room, a room with a view they get to choose

The Taming of the Beast for me, was calming my mind’s endless chattering

Double minded, trying to please, everyone but the one-who-gives-ease

But now established as king of my heart, I know who I am and will play my true part

On the stage of life as we know it, I am of the light and will show it
